We will be introducing the newest member of our Shift Into Sour Series to the world at 11:00am. Ring Around The Gose, featuring vibrant notes of passionfruit, guava, sea salt, and coriander is sure to dance circles, or perhaps ovals, around your tastebuds.
The kitchen has dialed in for this portion of the celebration as well. Beginning at 4:00pm we urge you to pair a pint of Ring Around the Gose with any or all of these offerings:

Local yellow onions, red peppers, green peppers, battered in SOS beer batter and topped with Ring around the Ailoi and chives
