Our American Pale Ale. finally deemed worthy of a title. Still featuring the Horizon/Falconer’s Flight 7C’s blend, yielding a gentle hop bitterness alongside a wallop of citrus. The accompanying four grain malt bill rounds out this easy drinking, flavorful beer.
OG: 1.058, IBU: 46, ABV: 5.8%
Belgian Witbier - Pilsener (14.5 oz) $4 or Hefeweizen (20 oz) $5
Our revised interpretation of the traditional Belgian Wheat style. Brewed with Pilsen malt and healthy doses of both wheat and oats. Spiced with orange peel and coriander, fermented by an authentic strain of Belgian yeast.
OG: 1.048, IBU: 19, ABV: 4.9%
Tricycle - Pub (16 oz) - $4
Resting upon three wheels pointing in different stylistic directions sits this hybrid of an ale. Wheel #1 spins toward a cream ale, another approaches a wheat, and yet a third rolls near a pale ale. Working together they drive Tricycle to a slightly sweet and citrusy state backed with just enough hop bitterness to remain upright. Ride On!

Clementine - Tulip (13 oz) - $4
The convergence of two great beer styles. Belgian Trippel mingles with American IPA in this new-fashioned ale. Hops contribute tropical fruit and citrus aromatics. Belgian yeast chimes in with complex flavor and fragrance - fruity, spicy and a touch earthy. The finish is mighty, bitter and crisp.

Raspberry Wheat - Pilsener (14.5 oz) $4 or Hefeweizen (20 oz) $5
An American-style Wheat Ale featuring the spirited flavors and vibrant aroma of raspberry. Crafted with a simple malt bill utilizing Brewers 2-Row and white wheat, gently hopped with Columbus, Cascade and Palisade.
OG: 1.059, IBU: 22, ABV: 5.5%
Galaxy EK Saison- Tulip (16 oz) - $5
Charged with complex yet clean citrus and passion fruit aromatics. Tropical flavors descend and the impassioned citrus tones persist onward to the palate. Slightly spicy, clove-like notes enter and lead to a dry finish.
OG: 1.056, IBU: 27, ABV: 6.5%
Cascadia- Tulip (16 oz) - $5
A dark brown American Ale hopped to feature the US Northern Brewer and Chinook varieties. Moderately intense evergreen, pine, wood and mint notes. A comforting roastiness presents itself throughout. Interesting…..try one.
