Our fifth effort at an interpretation of the traditional Belgian Wheat style. Brewed with Pilsen malt and healthy doses of both oats and wheat. Spiced with coriander, orange and grapefruit peel before an authentic Belgian yeast strain takes over fermentation.

Roasted - Pub (16 oz) - $5
A carefully crafted Oatmeal Stout, infused with locally roasted Brazilian coffee, then given an Ecuadorian cacao nib steeping. The result? A cool, creamy bodied beer with nutty, chocolate, and of course “Roasted” notes throughout. Great in the morning, just as good in the evening.

The Horizon / Falconer’s Flight 7C’s hop additions yield a gentle bitterness and a wallop of citrus. The accompanying four grain malt bill rounds out this easy drinking, flavorful beer.

Saison - Batch Three - Tulip (16 oz) - $5
An intriguing, yet relatively straightforward take on a Belgian Saison. A rocky white head greets you visually while hints of spice and lemon float in the surrounding air. Light in body, full on flavor - clean notes of citrus and a clove-like spiciness intertwine on your palate before guiding you to a dry, crisp finish.

Threshold Wheat - Pilsner (14.5 oz) - $4 or Hefeweizen (20 oz) - $5
Quench American Wheat, reformulated and freshly brewed. A crisp, unique and refreshing American-Hefeweizen. Aroma hits heavy on the citrus with pronounced bright and sunny lemon notes. Cascade and Palisade hops dance around the clean, mildly malty flavors of American barley and wheat, resulting in a distinctive, yet easy drinking summertime ale.

Imperial WCA - Tulip (13 oz) $5
Born at the point where the worlds of Amber and Pale collide, then doubled up to Imperial status. Resinous enough to be an IPA, malty enough to be an Amber. This hop forward offering is brewed on a foundation of Pale, Caramel, Chocolate and Munich malts.

IPA Blanco - Tulip (16 oz) $5
You have an affinity for Witbiers, Wheat Ales, and IPA’s? Hmmm…so do we. As a matter of fact, we enjoy each style to such a degree that one morning we elected to brew all three - at once. Prepare to revel in the outcome. The foundation for IPA Blanco is laid by traditional Belgian Wit grains (Pilsen / White Wheat / Oats) and spiced with cracked coriander, orange and grapefruit zest. Hops bound straight out of an IPA recipe (Cascade / Centennial / Columbus) and the yeast straight off a batch of American Hefeweizen. This fusion of beer styles results in a hazy, spirited brew proud to be part of the American Nanobrewery Hybrid Ale Revolution.
