Brewed for our first ever dark beer event, the sour plummet is a way for us to combine the rich, roasty, deep flavors of a dark beer with the tart and refreshing effervescense of a kettle sour. Combine those flavors with the complexities of plum and there you have it, the unique and exciting experience that is a sour black with plum.
