Kellerbier
A traditional German beer style that dates back to the Middle Ages, kellerbiers are brewed to be unfiltered and unpasteurized giving them a hazy look and complex mouthfeel. Naturwissenschaft (nah-TOUR-viss-in-schaft) means "natural science" in German. We chose to name this beer such because of the way that our brewers continuously innovate and improve-based on trial and error, evidence and observation- and because of the more natural unfiltered hazy look and taste of this delicious beer.
