This old school German-styled beer is wonderful to enjoy as is, but we've created it with this 'event' in mind.
Our team has created a set of house-made flavored syrups to dose into Blank Slate, a technique that dates back hundreds of years in Germany.
- Woodruff (vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon)
- Raspberry
- Mango Jalapeño
- Chai (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and cloves)
And, just in case you end up hungry, we've tossed together a special little food menu, featuring of course, the flavors of sweet & sour.
SWEET & SOUR BONELESS WINGS | $12
Buttermilk-pickle brined boneless chicken breast, served with a side of
house made sweet and sour sauce and choice of dressing.
PICKLE BOARD | $15
House pickles, pickled apples, sweet pickled beets, pickled green beans,
pickled carrots & daikon, served with rosemary focaccia and whipped
goat cheese.
HAWAIIAN BURGER | $18
House grind, smoked cheddar cheese, grilled pineapple, house made
