A variation on our Saison de Waterloo, the Synergy de Waterloo details just how much of a difference raw materials make. This time around, in place of our go-to base malt, we substituted Synergy Pilsen (Briess Maltsters). Now we think it makes for a tasty summer beer, but we always appreciate it when you decide for yourself!
