Once upon a time this 3 BBL BrewHouse was our sole source of beer production.
Today it's purpose has changed, but its' level of importance has not. Focus now centers on research and development. Nonstop experimentation with raw materials and brewing techniques. This place has always been fun, but the addition of our Waterloo facility (2016) has really allowed it to flourish.
