Fresh Hop IPA
For this effort the BrewTeam went ahead and borrowed a technique from the Pacific NorthWest.
FRESH, locally harvested hops (CF Hops Co.) were introduced to liquid nitrogen before being utilized in the form of a ‘fresh dry hop’.
From field to tank, one day.
Now that’s FRESH.
