Kettle Soured Brown Ale
We delve a touch deeper into our experimental kettle-sour series with this offering. Pale Chocolate malt and Midnight Wheat (Briess Maltsters) give this brown ale a flavorful base from which the sour magic begins. From there black currant takes over, giving this sour a deep and complex flavor. Cool stuff here, more to come....
