Preliminary beer cocktail - Ring-a-rita. Ring Around the Gose inspired margarita
Course 1 -
Smoked beer cheese soup. Gouda, Cheddar, Parmesan crisps, croutons, parsley oil.
Cerveza de la Casa (Mexican Lager)
Course 2 -
Grilled Sourdough, Beet & Goat cheese spread, Arugula, fermented garlic honey vinaigrette, soft boiled egg.
Skye Pink Skye (Hazy IPA)
Course 3 -
Seared scallops, blistered sweet corn polenta, cucumber, cherry tomato, grapefruit gastrique.
Galaxy Wide Haze (Hazy DIPA)

Beer braised pork belly, puréed purple potato, Asparagus, Beer-apple butter Demi, pickled cabbage.
