This once a year offering is truly one of our favorites. We begin with our beloved Milk Stout recipe (Tip the Cow), which already includes locally roasted (Sidecar Coffee) espresso and Ecuadorian cacao nibs. What sets this offering apart is the mint. We cold steep just enough poundage to give this beer an edge, but not overpower the existing base.
