River Two
German Pils
Our little Cedar Falls facility serves quite a few purposes for us. Not only is it a quaint little spot to enjoy a pint and share conversation, it is also the laboratory our brew team uses to test out new raw materials, concepts and brewing techniques. This time around Lead Brewer Sam McKendree went ahead and hit a home run with his first swing.
River Two is the pilot batch for our upcoming (June 2019) release of River to River. We have 90-ish gallons to share, once it is gone it is gone, so drink up!
