Scandinavian Nights took its robust notes of chocolate and dark fruit into slumber in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel and awoke from its siesta for our sixth anniversary. Our dynamic Baltic porter now boasts massive layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted coconut, and toffee complementary of this fine bourbon, and worthy of celebrating six years of Cedar Falls nights with beer in hand.
