Brewed with locally harvested honey, white wheat, oats, pale ale and caramel malts. Hopped with a focus on citrus, then fermented clean and dry. A perfect beer for whatever hot days we have left on the calendar, close to perfect on the rest.

Belgian-Style Pale Ale - Tulip (16 oz) $5
A modestly hopped pale ale fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Awash with floral and spicy aromatics, a disciplined, sweet-tempered maltiness, and a mellow hop bite.

IPA September - Tulip (13 oz) $5
A quintessential dry hopped West Coast IPA. Gently sweet on the front. Not so gently bitter on the back. Some floral, citrus, and piney notes squeezed in the middle.

Wallonian Darkness - Tulip (13 oz) $5
A Belgian enlightened by the fall of night. Complex earthy notes, hints of fruit, spice and a gentle roasty-ness abound throughout this unique dark beers stay on your palate. A big beer intend for contemplation. Enjoy!
